Dr .S.V.S. ACADEMY has been started by the imagination and ideas of Prof. S. V. S. Chauhan, Ph. D., D. Sc. Former Prof. & Dean, School of Life Sciences, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Unversity, Agra.

Prof. S.V. S. Chauhan has 50 years of Teaching experience. He has published 270 research papers in National and 80 research papers in International journals.

He is fellow of several National and International Scientific Societies including NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCE, INDIA and JAPAN SOCIETY for PROMOTION OF SCIENCE, JAPAN. He was President of INDIAN SCIENCE CONGRESS ASSOCIATION, INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF CONSERVATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES and INDIAN BOTANICAL SOCIETY. He has been awarded FIVE GOLD Medals including “BIRBAL SAHNI MEDAL” by INDIAN BOTANICAL SOCIETY and “NAWASHIN’S MEDAL” by RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES, RUSSIA.

He has worked on various research projects in several countries like: USA, JAPAN, RUSSIA, CHINA, NORTH KORIA, HUNGARY, SERBIA, SRI LANKA and THAILAND.

Apart from being an excellent Academician, Prof. Chauhan has been a sportsman and he was International commentator of All India Radio and Doordarshan for various games, Cricket in particular. Prof. Chauhan gave away commentary in 12 Tests and 50 One day International Cricket Matches.
